Jessie Chan
Programme Director
MEd, PGDE, NCFE Level 2 Fitness Instructing
Jessie is an experienced teacher who is well exposed to local and international schooling. She escorts students overseas for a wide range of learning programmes, and is enlightened to create a holistic and unique learning experience for students. Deeply passionate about sports, Jessie aspires to motivate students learning outside the classroom and to be flexible and versatile individuals. In spare time, Jessie is a runner and triathlete.
Ben Koppelaar
Head of Water Sports Programme
MSc, Sailtrainer 4 (KSS), Olympic Coach

To carry on his spirits as a sailing elite, Ben was the sailing coach of HK Team and qualified a local sailor for Tokyo Olympics (Laser Radial Class). Working in HK for years, Ben sees the potential in Asian athletes and the younger generations, and believes they will excel when given more international exposure and strengthened psyche. He is committed to set us a role model through water sports. Ben is a current sailing coach of Dutch national team.
Jacki Fung

As a former Course Director at Outward Bound Hong Kong, Jacki works with all age groups to unlock their potential through challenges in nature. She is passionate in outdoor education and is a climber and adventurer herself. With a life-changing opportunity in joining Yale University’s Summer School, Jacki was inspired to step-out of her comfort zone and dedicated to influencing others with her unique experience.
Ethan Chang
Water Sports Professional (Swimming)
BSc, Level 3 Swimming Instructing (CTSA)
Former national swimmer of Chinese Taipei (2005-10), Ethan is an enthusiastic and competitive swimmer. He is the founder of a swimming club in Beijing and has been coaching in various international schools. Ethan is fond of coaching young swimmers and designing his own curriculum and pedagogies for the age groups. He is eager to assist more youngsters to cultivate interest in water sports.
